SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, if you’re giving any iron drops or any multivitamin drops and if you’re giving formula milk then baby will pass motion in green colour. If the consistency of the motion is normal then nothing to worry. If the motion is watery smelly and mucus is present and baby is passing motion very often after every feed then it might be infection, you need to check with Doctor. Else nothing to worry.
