give energy dense fruits like apple , banana ,papaya to your child.
add dairy products like paneer,curd,ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child .
maintain good hygiene

there is diffrence between to look thin and have low weight gain.
so,if your child gains enough weight then no need to worry about his or her appearance.
because for a child it is more important to stay healthy and activite then any other things.
so please focus on healthy development of your child.
