Gayatri DawdaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello Active children are often lean that's okay Chubbiness is not always healthy If your child is active, sleeps well, has good immunity, develops milestones normally, doesnot cry without reason then child is healthy, donto worry about the weight
