May be due to hunger, or any tooth eruption, gas in stomach, pain in legs etc...
Rule out the reason and treat that accordingly.
Give ur baby toys and games to play, to engage ur child he must do cycling, take swings in the park to change the mood.
Play with ur baby, spend time. It will be fine
