hairfall at such young age caused by tight hair styles, excess usage of cosmetic, nutritional deficiencies etc
so please check it all
apply coconut oil daily on your child hair
use mild shampoo like Babyhug multivitamin shampoo for washing your child hair which provides better nourishment to hair
avoid giving frequent head baths
give antioxidants rich fruits like pear papaya,apple, pomegranate etc more
