ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. it may be due to some hormonal changes but better not to neglect and once get a proper examination done.The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

Maybe it is some disturbance in the hormones you’ll have to have a proper checkup with the gynaecologist maybe you’ll have to go for a test or something because that is only going to give you better clarity to what is the situation because this isn’t seem right
