#AskTheExpert Why do my breast pores gets blocked automatically again n again? I then have to pinch open the skin/pore to let the milk flow. pls help.

Clean the nipple area with cotton cloth dipped in water and do it 3-4 times in a day. Just press a little to nipples, milk will flow. Don't worry about that.
The more you will feed directly from the breast, the more milk will flow. Try using Philips avent natural baby bottle once baby starts feeding from bottle. This is really good as it has ultra soft nipples.
