Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. okay common to spit. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please massage baby stomach with hing water. Give gripe water to the baby three times a day. Also do some leg exercises of the baby.
