during the feeding process child takes air along with milk and thatf air goes inside the stomach which irritates leading to hiccups.
you have to offer feeding as well as do proper burping(for atleast 20 minutes) to decrease this problem and it is a self limiting problem

Hiccups are completely normal and common factor in life as we also get it sometimes similarly kids also get it but they get it more than us it’s mostly of any discomfort in process for the child but it does not have any negative effect on AjayWrite Your Answer Here
