Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal.
Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Breastfeed till 2 years.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and better to evaluate once with doctor and ask for food supplement and vitamins. lso add eggs, chicken soup cheese, ragi, soked nuts and dairy products along with home made food and fresh fruits and vegetables.
