#asktheexpert white patches on my 3 years old son's face. why this is happening occasionally?

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba whhyich is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
