#asktheexpert which vegetables puree can be given to 6.5 month old baby??? can strawberry and chiku be given with formula milk???

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Give fruits and vegetable puriee,mashes,cerelac,porridge after checking suitability .
Yes you can give strawberry puriee,papaya,chikoo,banana mash,steamed and mashed carrot,apple,potato plain is better than mixing with formula ,home made cerelac.
You can add formula milk to porridges ,kheer ,feed semi solid once ,twice a day rest of the day milk.
