A. Whenever introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. You can feed apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, lentil puree, mashed banana, mixed vegetable soup, home made cerelac, etc. in the initial days and wait for other fruits till 1 month after introducing the food.
