#asktheexpert which type of food can I feed my daughter (3 year old baby) for vitamin D ,C because she mostly like snacks. she can't eat fruits also.

A. Hello Sunlight (early, morning) is best for vitamin D You can give oranges, sweet lime, or add lemon juice to recipes , guava, bell peppers, tomato are rich in vitamin C.
