#AskTheExpert which one helps in children growth(height), nutrition or exercise? or both. If both could you please give us any nutrition/exercise chart

A. Whole grains, dals, and pulses are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B. All of these nutrients promotes the development of a child and boosts his/her metabolism. If you want to increase your child's height, then include dals, and pulses in a daily diet.
