A. For an 11-month-old baby, breast milk or formula milk is still the best option for providing essential nutrients. If you're planning to introduce cow's milk, ensure it's full-fat, pasteurized milk, but it should be given only as a supplement, not as the primary drink, since it lacks certain nutrients found in breast milk or formula. At this stage, you can start offering small amounts of cow's milk in a cup, but breast milk or formula should remain the main source of nutrition until 12 months. Always consult your pediatrician before transitioning to cow's milk.
