Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.See for any type of skin lesions do not assume to be anything .its always better to show to a specialist online or offline and get the right treatment started in time .ok

babies skin color depends on their genetic and environment.
so it keeps changing over period naturally.
no need to worry about it.
you can use any good brand soap for your child, like mamaearth, momsco, babyhug etc.
but among of them,I would suggest babyhug brand as it is good in quality.
