A. There are variety of healthy foods that can be included in baby's diet from 2 years onwards like chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, oats with nuts, stuffed parantha, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar and, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, seasonal fruits and 500-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
