Papaya – Aids digestion and rich in vitamin A and C. Chikoo (Sapota) – High in calories and iron, great for weight gain. Mango – Soft and rich in vitamin A, good during the season. Watermelon – Hydrating and refreshing (for older babies). Blueberries or strawberries – Antioxidant-rich, suitable after 8–10 months.
Introduce fruits one at a time, mashed or pureed, and always observe for allergies.
