There are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet in 1 year like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, fresh juices, mixed vegetable soup, omelette, boiled egg, chicken and fish curry with rice, khichdi, dalia and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
