A. Dear mother , for good health , include all food groups in your child's diet is important, it will not only help for better growth but also will help in better assimilation of nutrients. you can jnlude iron rich foods like beans , lentils, dark green leafy vegetables, dried fruits , nuts and oilseeds. with iron rich foods one should also have a balanced meal.

A. hello to increase the hb level you should be giving fruits and vegetables rich in iron content and you can include green leafy vegetables especially spinach/ palak beetroot apple raisns and bracolli which are all rich in iron content to improve the hb in kids
