A balanced diet helps to improve immunity
Include fruits and vegetables in the diet aa they are rich in vitamins and minerals and antioxidants which improves immunity
Also add protein to every major meals as protein also boost immune system .. protein sources are dal, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, soya, oats, dry fruits, eggs, chicken, cheese
Water also plays major role in immunity so make sure the child is wel hydrated

U give good Amount of green leafy vegetables to the child and fruits are mad also the advise you that you should definitely go ahead with giving lettuce and regular home-cooked food basically that’s what is going to help in building immunity and strength I am for vitamins citrus fruits are the best to go for
