A. Dear mum, after 6 months, you can give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.

A. good morning I would recommend you to introduced to your baby fresh food prepared at home for example you can try to give potato and carrot purey you can introduce rice water dal ka pani etc
