A balanced diet is the healthiest for growth & development of the child. include foods from all food groups like whole grains (oats, pulses, sprouts, vegetable, milk, curd, egg, non veg, fruits, nuts)
Avoid fried, sugary foods

U Just have to give each and everything that you are eating on an every day basis because that is the right diet will have to follow for your child after the age of one year so give the same breakfast lunch and dinner you do not have to prepare anything special for your child
