You should try to give balanced diet to the kid . include milk, milk products, pulses, whole grains, nuts like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, dates , egg. fish, fruits & vegetables daily in kids diet
Avoid sugary foods, bakery foods, biscuits, maggi & other junk foods
Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children4 years agoA. as your baby is now three plus years old it should have a sort of food that we generally eat at home having dry fruits fresh fruits and fruit juices at regular interval will be really very good for your baby also having daily good diet of the food that is prepared at home should be taken by wave you also keep your baby well hydrated
