Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugary food
RajMom of a 4 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. 4 year child means we can give everything whatever we are eating in our home. vegetables, fruits & juice, egg, fish etc. but kindly avoid junk foods & maida flour made foods. give warm water everyday sufficient. make a habit of early sleep. 👍

especially meals and snacks that contain green veggies, fresh fruits, different legumes and lentils , dairy products etc are best.
