A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy skin and hair. massage with coconut oil regularly. offer more liquids and fruits

A. U Always make sure that you’re giving really good amount of fruits to the child because fruits are the source of glow onto the skin and the body if your child is having good amount of fluids and really good amount of fruits then the skin is definitely going to be better
