Swapna sanjay RaichMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Take proper nutritious diet daily. Your nutrition is directly related to baby so if you eat nutritious food then only your baby will get enough nutrition. Try to avoid cold food items aa well as avoid sour food for 2-3 months then you can eat as per baby's digestion
