#AskTheExpert which cerelac will be good for a 7 months old baby? is it good to give cerelac? Or should i opt for homemade baby food?

Cerelac Is not considered healthy for babies so you should avoid giving it. Otherwise you can go for Nestlé cerelac. You should try to give home-made food to your baby. Baby should take 4 to 6 meals in a day so you have to maintain a diet chart according to that.
