Make sure to include green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, date, anjeer, eggs, fish, chicken, pulses, milk and paneer. Avoid sugary foods, Maggie, junk foods, bakery items like biscuits, etc. Especially add dry fruits in daily routine. Include spices and herbs like cinnamon, basil leaf, turmeric, garlic, ginger, honey, clove etc. Increase the liquid intake to 2-3 litres in a day such as water, coconut water, lemon juice, milk, fresh fruit juices etc. Include yoghurt or curd daily in your kid's lunch. First thing in the morning, take honey with lukewarm water and before going to bed, take warm milk with cinnamon and turmeric.
