#asktheexpert whenever my son who is 4 plus of age is suffering from cold nose bleeding starts. kindly help.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. bleeding from the nasal cavity also known as epistaxis.
during the initial bleeding episodex you will have to press up on the bleeding area to stop the bleeding.
you can press some cold ice or cold cloth also to decrease the bleeding
after bleeding stops you have to make use of nasal saline dxrops to keep the nasal cavity moist and also apply antibacterial cream (tbact) over the bleeding area for faster healing.
