#asktheexpert when will teething start for babies? my baby is 1 yr old. she did not get any of her teeth. is it something to worry?

A. Hi no there's nothing wrong with your kid.. don't worry as sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal.. teeth can erupt late maximum upto the age of 15-18 months..

A. Teething in babies happens between 4 and 15 months of age. Delayed or late teething is normal these days and not a cause for concern until your baby is 15 months old. If the delay is longer than 18 months, you should consult a pediatric dentist.
