Hello ma’am It is not recommended to give gripe water to the child it can easily cause lose motions and other issues so at any age it is never recommended to give gripe water and neither it is a medicine that is the compulsory to be given or something so avoid it as long as you want to I never give it to your child the child without consulting a doctor
