A. after completion of one year. you can give anything to your child. prefer fibre rich diet for now as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables for healthy digestion

A. Hi mommy Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Give after one year Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
