Cow's milk is not recommended for babies below one year. However cheese can be included in the baby's diet around 8 months once u have introduced other basic vegetables and cereals. Dairy products like paneer, yogurt or cheese are produced by curdling enzymes and lactose is broken down to smaller protein molecules which makes them easily digestible. So it is safe to introduce cheese to your baby before one year. But, If your family has a history of milk allergy or lactose intolerance, then u should consult with your pediatrician before starting cheese for ur baby.
