A. Dear mum, other than milk, you can introduce top food only after your baby completes 6 months. Until then you should exclusively breastfeed. You can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Continue to breastfeed.
