#asktheexpert when shall I statt solid food for my 6 month old baby .. he is already crawling..has lost some weight due to lot of masti.. Please guide

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello once the baby complete 6 months you can be giving your child semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and include home made cerelac rice well cooked and pureed and also give fruits and vegetables puree which can al help in the growth of your child also
