#asktheexpert when my breast is full of milk then it's very painful for me ..and temperature is also little bit high at that time..when newborn is latching I feel pain what is the solution

A. tenderness pain as lactating is common u can express milk using Babyhug electric breast pump warm compress use a towel dip in warm water gently massage may help to get relief
