#AskTheExpert when kids are suffering from cold and cough, what can be given to them apart from steam, and nasal drops, and how can we differentiate from covid symptoms. Is it okay if we give steam inhalation with plain water using electric steamer

A. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered give easy to digest food only Don't over feed or force feed her.

A. Hi parent Steam can be given using the steam machine but from safe distance as she's too young. Keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far overnight. If she's more than six months , she can be given lukewarm water for drinking Don't expose her to winds , air blows , dirt. Don't use RO water
