#AskTheExpert when is the right time to wean a baby and what type of food should be introduced first? kindly advise.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. you can start to offer semisolid food after 6 months age. but till that you must stick to breastfeeding.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as per WHO standard ,a mother should feed her child atleast 2 years age. but it depends on both - a mother and child so any of you don't feel comfortable then you can start weaning. but as it is boon for a child , please feed a child atleast one year age.
