ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, at the age of 9 months, you can start giving egg. give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. always give well cooked egg because it increases the digestibility.

eggs are rich source of protein
you can give eggs in boiled scrambled or omelette form as baby prefers
