A. if the child is having cold and cough for now you can give steam inhalation to the child and then consult your xdoctor so that he can examine the child properly and then only thev medicine shd b given

A. if the baby is having cough I would recommend that you give your baby indirect steam and you can massage with garam sarso ka tel on the chest and back of your baby and cover it with the cloth
