#asktheexpert when ever I give solids to my 8.5 month old, his stomach hardens, he starts passing gas and cries in discomfort later. he is okay with milk and cerelac. how do I make it better for him.

A. hi, offered food should be properly cooked, add jeeta powder, turmaric, little bit of black pepper, ajwain,, mint leaves for better Digetion.. avoid Overfeedin g your baby. tc.
