#asktheexperts my 3 yrs old has a gas trouble almost on many nights, his stomach hardens n he cries a lot due to pain.i daily give him gripe water but still the problem persis..kindly advise

give her syp carmicide 5 ml in case..
avoid giving gases producing food substance..
Dinner to be offered approximately 2 hours before bed time.

first ,stop giving gripe water
you can give ajwain seeds water or give two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice .
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving outside food and do not give heavy food items for now.
give light food like khichdi, rice, upma etc
