Q.

#AskTheExpert when do babies consistently follow point like when we point to something. my 8 month 20 days old seems to follow point while reading book or nearby things, but when we point far or up, she does not react or may be do occassionally or may be look at finger. is this age appropriate. she otherwise can sit, crawl, pulls to stand with support, smiles, laughs and responds to her name at times. please suggest.

A. the baby is eight months of age and the baby is having almost all the normal milestones probably you are expecting too much from the baby do not be in a hurry to make the baby to have things too fast

A. hello mum as you said that your child is achieving all the milestones properly as for the age I don't think there is anything to worry about and the point you are raising here is nothing to worry so just enjoy the childhood of the baby in spite of being worried about the small things
