ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom The ideal age to start eggs would be 8 months onwards as by then the baby tend to get used to some solids and gradually introduce them . Initially only egg yolk is recommended and whole egg can be given from the age of one year onwards
