NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. hello once the child complete one year only you can start baby with full cream cow's milk.. now since the child is already 1.6 years you can immediately start with the cow's milk and is absolutely safe to be given for the child and not a problem ad it is very important also
