A. teeth can start falling anytime between the age of 6 to 7 years and all the milk teeth are replaced by permanent teeth by the age of 12 years.

A. Hello ma’am Mostly after the age of 5 to 6 years the teeth start to fall on their own only and some cases it can go up a little late also but mostly I can say the six years is quite a right age after that the teeth start falling at any point of time.. so after this age u can expect it anytime
