ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom it would be ideal to start from the age of 1 year onwards, as by then their digestive system is well developed , though from the age of 9 - 10 months onwards it can be given in cooked form such as add in porridge, kheer, custard etc
