#AskTheExpert when can i start solids for my 4 and a half months old baby girl? Also she rolls front and back and has got good head control. If i can start now which food is adviced to be given for the first month Thank you

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear parent, you should start solids for your baby only after completion of 6 months. breast milk is nature's complete food for baby till 6 months. there is no advantage of early introduction of top food.
